  Top notch gym warehouse to do crossfit and get a cardiovascular total body workout with trainers onsite leading classes. It's a bit more on the advanced level because they don't allot any time to 30 second breaks like other places so beware!

  Joining Burn was the best decision I ever made. Brian & Kayla are such amazing trainers! They really pay attention to your fitness level and know how to push you harder every time. Kayla pushed me to do my first box jump and I don't think my heart had ever beat any faster from adrenaline. Brian pays attention to the weights I use and can tell when it's the perfect time to move up a weight. You will never be bored with the workouts. It's a family, not just a bootcamp. If you join, you'll never regret it. Thank you for everything Brian & Kayla!

  I LOVE this gym and would recommend to anyone that is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. First time in my life I have been able to do 5+ pull ups in a row as well as other challenges. The facilities set you up for success by having a joint friendly cushioned floor and loads of great equipment and weights. Not to mention the trainers are awesome! Oh and you get FREE nutritional guidance and FREE childcare! Perfect for mom's trying to stay healthy and set a good example for their children. It's a great community of women that support each other....I could go on and on...just try it! They offer a two week free trial. Nothing to lose and since their product is so good they don't harass you to sign up like other gyms do.
